Clearer Coaxial Sound for Compatible Ford Vehicles
The Focal IC FORD 165 combines a 165mm Polyglass woofer and integrated aluminium inverted-dome tweeter. It improves vocal clarity, instrument separation and treble coverage from one compatible factory position and is particularly suited to selected rear-door locations.
Ford Factory Audio Compatibility

Limited B&O-equipped vehicles may support the IC FORD 165 only where specifically listed. Factory amplifier filtering and processing can make a physically compatible location unsuitable.
2-Way Coaxial Speaker Design
The IC FORD 165 combines its woofer and tweeter within one assembly. This coaxial configuration reproduces midrange and high-frequency information from a single compatible factory position and is particularly suited to selected rear-door or supplementary locations.
165mm Polyglass Coaxial Woofer
The Polyglass cone provides a rigid and controlled radiating surface, improving speech, vocals and mid-bass compared with many lightweight factory speakers.
Integrated Aluminium Inverted-Dome Tweeter
The centrally mounted aluminium tweeter adds detailed high frequencies and broad dispersion without requiring a separate tweeter location.
Sound Performance and Bass Response
The 60Hz lower response provides useful upper-bass and mid-bass reinforcement. A dedicated subwoofer is required for deeper low-frequency reproduction.

The IC FORD 165 is listed for selected Ford, Fiat, Jaguar, Land Rover, Lincoln, Mazda and Volkswagen applications, including many Ranger, Everest, Escape, Kuga, Mustang and Transit positions.
Build a Complete Focal Inside Audio System
The IC FORD 165 can complement IS FORD 165 or IS FORD 690 front component speakers and a suitable Focal subwoofer. Powered systems require the correct Ford harness and non-amplified configuration.
Preserve the Original Interior
Once installed in a confirmed application, the IC FORD 165 remains concealed behind compatible original Ford trim and factory grilles. The dashboard, doors and factory controls retain their original appearance, and the installation can remain substantially reversible when original wiring and trim are preserved.
