Large-Format Coaxial Sound for Compatible Ford Vehicles
The Focal IC FORD 690 combines a 150 x 230mm Black Polyglass woofer with an integrated aluminium inverted-dome tweeter. It improves mid-bass impact, vocals and treble coverage from one selected Ford 6×9 factory position.
Ford Factory Audio Compatibility

The IC FORD 690 is primarily associated with standard non-amplified systems. Limited B&O positions may be supported only where specifically listed.
2-Way Coaxial Speaker Design
The IC FORD 690 combines its woofer and tweeter within one assembly. This coaxial configuration reproduces midrange and high-frequency information from a single compatible factory position and is particularly suited to selected rear-door or supplementary locations.
Large 150 x 230mm Black Polyglass Woofer
The large elliptical cone moves more air than many round speakers, while Polyglass construction improves rigidity, damping and midrange control.
Integrated Aluminium Inverted-Dome Tweeter
The integrated aluminium tweeter provides detailed high frequencies and broad dispersion without requiring a separate visible tweeter.
Sound Performance and Bass Response
The large cone provides useful bass extension and strong mid-bass. A separate subwoofer is required for the deepest frequencies.

The IC FORD 690 can complement compatible IS FORD front speakers and a suitable Focal subwoofer. Amplification requires a confirmed non-amplified system and correct harnesses.

Once installed in a confirmed application, the IC FORD 690 remains concealed behind compatible original Ford trim and factory grilles. The dashboard, doors and factory controls retain their original appearance, and the installation can remain substantially reversible when original wiring and trim are preserved.
