2-Way Coaxial Speaker Design
The IC MBZ 100 V2 combines its woofer and tweeter within one assembly. This coaxial configuration reproduces midrange and high-frequency information from a single compatible factory position and is particularly suited to selected rear-door or supplementary locations.
100mm Flax-Cone Coaxial Driver
The Flax sandwich cone balances stiffness, low mass and damping. This supports natural midrange reproduction and accurate transient response from a compact factory location.
Integrated Aluminium Inverted-Dome Tweeter
The integrated aluminium tweeter adds clear high-frequency information and broad dispersion without requiring a separate tweeter mount.
Sound Performance and Bass Response
The published response begins at approximately 150Hz, so the IC MBZ 100 V2 is a midrange and treble speaker rather than a deep-bass solution. Compatible Mercedes-Benz woofers handle the lower frequencies.
